Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup oäts (quick oäts or old fäshioned oäts work greät here)
  2. 3/4 cup milk
  3. 1 täblespoon peänut butter (or nut/seed butter of your choosing)
  4. 1 bänänä
  5. 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • ädd oätmeäl, milk, peänut butter, bänänä, änd ice cubes to blender.
  • Blend äbout 1 minute until smooth. Enjoy immediätely.
